Today was literally a life saver for one of our clients!  Thanks to our delivery volunteers, she will be sleeping in a safe apartment tonight.  When the volunteers arrived at the apartment door they smelled gas.  She had a key for the apartment but because it was empty, didn’t stay there overnight yet.  The pilot lights were not lit on her stove.  The apartment smelled of gas.  We are all thankful that she is alive to enjoy her new home tonight!

We take simple home skills/knowledge for granted.  I wonder how many accidents happen due to lack of exposure to these types of things?

Thank you for keeping R&R in your prayers. There is opportunity to grow and we ask for provision.  God is faithful and good.  Lives are being touched and our volunteers are amazing.
